I absolutely love this card, it is extremely fun to play with. His passing is just sublime and the dribbling is excellent. This card is great for assists - for me he gets an assist almost every game. Without a chemistry style, his pace is average, but with a hunter he does feel reasonably quick. Shooting is also good but is even better with a hunter. The shooting stat may seem quite average at first, but in game I have scored some beautiful outside of the box finesse shots. His penalties and free kicks are also absolutely fantastic. Five star skills combined with his high dribbling stats make for an excellent combo.
My only complaints about this Pirlo card are his defending and physical. Strength is quite low, meaning that he does get bodied off the ball (but this can be prevented if you are quick enough with him). Defending stats are bang average but I play him with two other more defensive-orientated midfielders, so this doesn't matter too much. I would recommend a hunter or any other chemistry style that increases pace and/or shooting for this card. I don't really think there is any point applying one which increases defending or physicality as he is not a very defensive player and those stats are already quite low, so even with a chemistry style they won't be that good. I also see lots of comments on Futbin complaining that he does not have 99 passing. The only reason it isn't 99 is because he has 92 crossing but apart from that all other passing stats are actually insanely high.
Overall, I think this is an excellent card. It is extremely fun to use and has absolutely fantastic passing and dribbling as well as very good shooting. I packed him untradeable so obviously I was not hit with the high price tag. However, I can say with absolute certainty that if you are willing to spend the money and want to have a really solid, fun to use card, then go ahead and buy him.

So this is my first review and I think this is a god damn good player to do it on. I play a 41212(2) in game with what if odegaard fut birthday kondogbia and cdm moments tonali. I didn't love tonali in cm but I wanted kondogbia in cdm because of his longshots and his strength. then yesterday EA release this moments pirlo who fits perfectly into my team. Most of my team is 5 star skills and I play the game to enjoy it so that's why I did him (no mendy varane gomez).
I used his loan first to make sure I liked him because I didn't want to waste my fodder and coins. But holy crap did he play. I played him lcm where he linked with joao palacio and owen. His passing is the best I have used this game. He glides on the ball and his dribbling is beyond reality with his 5 star skills and swiftness. and his longshots are pure peaches. for his loan in futchamps i had the record of 5 goals 3 assists in 3 games, 4 outside of the box finesses. 100% need to do this card. In my opinion, he needs a hawk. The hawk boosts his long shots and his shot power, makes him feel faster, and helps his strength. The only thing I would fix is his workrates. He's sometimes not where I need him to be on attack and defense.

- I packed him untradeable on friday just before I start to play my WL games. I chose to test him in place of Bruno Fernandes 1st POTM, cause he is one of my midfield idols. He has done well creating plays and finding passes that doesnt seem even possible, but the stamina is too bad for a CM (I always had to bench him after 65'). His shooting isn't bad but its far away of being perfect (80% of goals scored outside of the box). His dribbling is very nice and 5* makes difference to create space. Talking about defending, even with shadow, he isnt good, maybe related to the physicality problem. With 56 aggression and 68 strenght, he is only capable to intercept balls in the middle, nothing like body marking.
- I used him as CM (442) with shadow, but I think the best Pirlo's experience is using him with hunter ou engine, as a CAM or CM that doesnt really needs to take care of defending.
- Believe me guys, his maket value is crazy and sadly doesnt worth the price (talking about meta and gameplay). **BUT** if he is one of your idols, and (or) you dont care about meta gaming, he still not worthing! Prime moments cards are on hype and it will go down in a few weeks. SO WAIT FOR IT

Probably the best partner to a defensive midfielder there is for under 200k. The man does everything very well, stick a shadow on him and you wont need to do anything. He partnered Essien for 30+ games and was never outshone by anyone and pocketed most players he came up against, 98 acuna, pogba 95 etc ect.

Okay Defending, Strength
I needed a box to box midfielder, in a 41212(2) formation, capable of getting easely out of pressure, and being very good with the ball. Plus, he needed to have good passing because my cdms were losing to much balls because of their weak passing.
Then, I saw Pirlo was an SBC, for his moments. He is worth nothing, the hardest challenge is an 86 rated squad, they are 6 challenges in total, and 2 of them are silver an bronze teams. If you hesitate doing him, do it, he is one of the best sbc i dud this year, with dybala moments, reus fut birthday and klaiber (which i use as a rb don't worry).
He helped me so much, incredible with the ball, you love to use the 5 star skill moves. Try hocus pocus with him, works perfectly.
I also really loved his free kick accuracy, he is insane in game, just like in real life.
His passing is perfect, sometimes when he passed the ball and did a strange pass, I was thinking "not to him!!" but out of nowhere it was a perfect pass to my attacker.
Finally, when he scores, you love to see that image appear on the screen...
If you hesitate, do him, my advice
- passing : No surprise his best attribute is the passing. He is the king of passing. I am using a 41212 and playing him as a CM, so his passing is a big benefit.
- dribbling : Some might say 85 agility and 80 balance isn't enough... Those are meta babies, playing in a 532 with fullbacks at cb. He is perfect in composure, dribbling and any other. I didn't feel he "only" had 85 agility. Plus, the 5 star skill move are perfect for him.
- shooting : Espacially finishing, never missed an 1v1.
- Physical : It's his only weak point. I do not mind pace or defending because i am using shadow on him. But he has horrible physical stats, especially strenght. If your oponent has viera, dont use pirlo to try take him the ball
- stamina : 85 stamina for a box to box midfielder isnt enough
Makes Fifa fun, I know.. it's crazy.
PASSING : It's insane, I never thought Pirlo's passing would affect my gameplay this much, I feel so confident on the ball with him and I know he's going to deliver a perfect pass to my forwards.
DRIBBLING : He is agile and glides around the pitch, It's genuinely so much fun to play him, clean skill movies, will embarrass your opponent.
PACE : Feels pretty damn fast maybe due to body type, if you find space and can pull off some skill moves he'll blow past the defence.
SHOOTING : I take a lot of long shots, pretty much every chance I get. The amount of times I've jumped out of my chair is great, he can really spin that ball in the top of the net. Great finishing too, felt really confident on him.
FREE KICKS : If you're relatively close, go for it, I'd say around 10 of his goals are mid-range free kicks.
HAIR : Beautiful.
PHYSICAL : Although he's weak and will normally get pushed off the ball he does manage to get in front of the ball and put in a good attempt, when getting chased down it is quite terrifying, Varane will catch you and demolish you most of the time.
A few weeks ago I did the Pirlo SBC, I did it for the sentimental value at first but there's a lot more to him than just that. I think that I am competent enough to write this review as I have played him in 5 different positions throughout his time in my club (rm,lm,cdm,cm,cam). Here are my opinions of him in these positions.
CDM
This was the first position I played him in where I put a shadow on him. In all fairness, Pirlo does not shine in defensive positions as his low strength causes him to get bullied off the ball often. He does make some good interceptions from time to time but overall his body type and height adding on to his low strength does not make him a good defender.
CM/CAM
I put these both in the same category as even at centre-mid I set Pirlo on get forward. It is safe to say that Pirlo is suited for a more attacking role with Hawk chemistry style. Pirlo is an amazing playmaker, he can fit passes through to your forwards in the opposition box or make some insane through balls. Pirlo's shooting is decent too with good shot power and long shots which is boosted by long shot taker trait. The only shots I score with Pirlo are from outside the box, anything else are assists to my forwards within the box. What I love about Pirlo is that his body type and 5 star skills makes it easy to manuvuer inside the opposition box and make those key passes. On paper, his pace might seem meh but his initial accelaration is quite deadly especially when he is in the box.
RM/LM
Just recently I started using Pirlo at RM and LM in my 422(2) squad, I think that playing him as a wide midfielder (not winger) is a considerable option! Pirlo's role for me is to always make those key passes and through balls, he executes this from the wide positions amazingly as well. The crosses and through balls he makes from the sides are exceptional! As I mentioned before, his initial accelaration is quite good but full backs can and will catch up to him on runs. His strength on the wide areas are not much of an issue as I mostly cross or through balls to my attackers before the fullbacks can lay a finger on him.
Passing (Godlike, have your striker on get in behind with Pirlo creating and its a confirmed win)
Dribbling (His body type and 5 star skills make it even better similar to Insigne and Messi)
Shooting (Reliable enough for a CAM)
4 star weak foot
Pace (might not seem good on paper but its much better in game trust me)
Free Kicks (the man has 99 free kick accuracy, under 28m and its going in.)

I had a lot of fodder and needed a midfielder,he is one of my idols and a big fan of him and made his sbc.Played around 30-40 games with him and i have to say i definately LOVE this card.First time i used him in a basic chem style he was slow like a truck.But when i started to use a hunter on him he started to make great runs into the penalty area and he never fell to an offside.I really love this card because he is great at a lot of things in the game.
First of all,his passing makes me feel alive his vision really helps with my rashford(85)'s runs.He literally at least scores or assists 1 goal every single game and i love it.I give the ball to him in the game and sometimes he makes every pass look good.if the opponent player isnt in front of his pass ways(but literally,in front of the pass ways)that could be an assist or a pass to assist dude he is the best passer in the game in my opinion.Just a small problem about his long range air through balls(L1+triangle)but you really do not need that and the reason brings me to the second thing im gonna talk about.
And that is his pace.Yes he felt really heavy with basic but i put hunter on him and he was really fast.If you are gonna use him and feel good with him,use hunter on him.His pace is really good if you do not press the r2 button all the time,just leave him rest a bit and his pace for defence and attack is going to be enough.If you push him enough,he can catch up to fast wingers like salah,mane or rashford and he can press the right and left backs.and then he slowly goes to attack,just dont press the sprint button all the time.His attack pace is also awesome,he sometimes runs into the box away from everyone sometimes and he has composure to finish.Lets talk about his finishing and shooting(with hunter).
With hunter,his finishing becomes deadly,he becomes a little drogba.Onces he is in the penalty area,dont worry he will score that.Lets say you dont wanna use him as a cm,you want to use him as a cdm.Im sorry but thats not gonna work because he is not gonna be very good at cdm.Im not saying that his defense is bad,but not enough for cdm.He can attack really nice.Great through balls even in the box.And lets talk about his long shots.Dude that finesse shots are really really deadly he really scores them all i am really surprised with that.He can score with the outer foot too.His normal long shots with perfect timing is probably going to be a corner or a goal.HIS FREEKICKS ARE LITERALLY AMAZING.His curve is like roberto carlos and if your rival uses manual goalkeeper in corners he can score directly from corners.his fk accuracy is 99 and if you hit a good spot with perfect not even pope or toty neuer can save that.His passes and his free kicks are out of this world they really feel good.Shoot him out the box and you can skip the celebration.He is always in the right place in attack or intercepts.Great positioning.
Another thing i love about is his dribling.He feels really good when he has the ball,really easy to dribble with him and he hardly ever lose the ball to the defenders,he can walk past vvd sometimes because his dribbling is great.He has 5 star skills and that was fun for me,and felt really fun using that card.Not so much to talk about that,he can dribble a couple of times and then he passes the ball and thats over it may be an assist.
And about his defense,that is a little problem if you need a really defensive center mid but that defense is not bad,he can intercept the passes,he can press the rival and make them fell uncomfortable,he will not make you rage if you are not a bad player.I recommend do not except a defensive greatness,his attack abilities are a lot better than his defence abilities but he will definately make clutch defence runs and he is great for the counter attacks so even tho is defense is under average,not bad for center mid even in may.
About his physicals.he can be bodied yes,but you wont stay in a position like that,his passing will make you keep the ball and he is small just do not try head the ball with him please thats not a minus.
You do not need nothing more in a center mid.

Pirlo is with out a doubt the most fun card I have used this FIFA. Don't let the 76 pace fool you, Pirlo feels like he has 90+ pace, unlike players that actually have 90+ pace. Most likely because of Pirlo's body type, this also makes Pirlo silky smooth on the ball. It's so much fun to do skills with Pirlo. Passing is also perfect on the pitch

Andrea Pirlo was always one of my favourite players irl so I did the SBC on FUT to try him out. And he was actually a little better than I expected. I used him in nine DIV 4 Rivals games and he was really fun in the CM spot. I gave the card the shadow chemstyle and he was very helpful in terms of creating chances and being a threat from distance. I got 4 outside the box goals with him in these games (the 98 curve really helps) and 2 more easy goals from inside the box. I was also able to win chances by just taking long shots and getting cornes from the saves when I was in a situation where it was difficult to break through a defence. He was also able to get some good tackles in and help a bit in defense, but not really as much as the best box-to-box players, he liked being a little more offensive. The team I used him in was a 5-2-1-2 with join the attack on my fullbacks. He played CM on all default instructions.

-Brilliant at Passing + Corners
-Positioning, almost always open when you need an option while building an attack
-Dribbling feels good, doesn't feel heavy at all or too slow

-98 curve makes his shooting very effective, barley misses and can finish the chances he needs too
-Stamina isn't the best
-Pace is ok but you can't run with him for too long he might get caught
-Rather weak, often looses the ball when tackled by strong CDMs and CBs
-Not very good at headers
-A little lazy defensivley, sometimes hangs around a little to far forward for a CM but that can be fixed with instructions or could be useful in a diffrent formation
