You might've been in the same boat as me and was tossing up between Vidal, Paulinho and Renato, and no i havent used the later but i will tell you guys what, Renato is definitely the real deal. Across the board, this card has so much to offer both with his outstanding attacking capabilities to brute-like defensive qualities. Face card stats and in games, its near impossible to pick a single flaw but often in fifa that doesnt truly reflect how the player is in game. and that is the same in this case... just for the better! Now for any of you that want to see what he is actually like in game, I have a player review on YT with some gameplay BETTER THAN GULLIT... FUT BIRTHDAY RENATO SANCHES PLAYER REVIEW, any support would be incredibly appreciated and feel free to let me know what you think. Anyway, Renato outperforms everyone on the field and is more then capable of winning you games in the attacking and defensive aspect. 700k is a steep asking price in terms of sbc value especially with more and more prime icon moments becoming available in recent weeks but this renato sanches has it all. Being 5' 9 " not only is he super nimble and smooth on the ball, just sheer pace he feels electric. Then that 5 star weak foot transforms this guy into a irl prime xavi when it comes to playing the ball, whether its a 5 yard or a 50 yard pass on either foot, he will execute it with ease. and the most suprising stat of all was his shooting, 3 games of fut champs, 8 goals and 2 assists from cdm... yeah CDM! I did play more over the weekend and currently he has 15 goals and 3 assists in 12 games so in my eyes I initially thought i was just going through the honeymoon phase with him but based on his consistent return, it wasnt just a fluke. So overall what do i think of this card? He is literally the perfect box to box cm and will replace quite literally any cm in the game at this point in time. Without a doubt he is the best cm i have used all year and more then likely the best cm i have used in fifa as a whole (ive had the likes of prime gullit, vieira ect...). 700k sbc value is steep but for what he brings to the table he is definitely worth every penny. Not only is he a good card, he brings back some joy to fifa which is hard to get nowadays so yeah, this guy is amazing!

5 Star Weak Foot, allowing him to sling a pass from anywhere on the field is definitely an important asset to have
Shooting..... His return for me is obscene, 8 goals and 2 assists in 3 games of champs....
His height allows him to glide past anyone with ease
Physically he is able to turn people and then explode rapidly leaving people in the dust
High/High workrates isnt for everyone but i love it

Me being super hypocryptical, no 5 star skill moves... yeah thats really it...
So im very proud to use this amazing card. I played him a a CDM behind Bernado Silva FF and Thiago FB on the CM Position.
He is a very agressive CDM if u use him only in Defense. But if you do that you wasting him. His Longshots and his Pace are amazing.
The takes every Ball from the Opponent. I played against Viera and he looks like shit against him. So do him an you will be Happy the Full Fifa.

Pain. It is painful playing a game with him in, for the opponent.... Not for you. He controls the center so much, he is litterely everywhere on the pitch. He's super fast, super good at defending, shooting, passing and dribbling wise he can do anything neymar can do (except 5* sm ofc). He is super strong and that is one of the main things that makes him - well him. 90 Physicality on a cdm/cm who is only 5'9" is just crazy; and if you combine everything together don't forget that beautiful 5* wf he now has. Left foot, right foot doesn't matter. Links wise he can be a pain but i honestly dont care.

What a player. Let me start of by saying that he is a must have player for anyone running a Ligue 1 squad or at the very least got PIM Deco from swaps (who is also a great player). The moment I heard about a Renato Sanches SBC I knew he had to go into my squad, having PIM Deco and Puyol to link him in. I've so far used him in my 11 remaining WL games, playing him in an attacking CM role and he has scored a monstrous 15 goals and provided 4 assists. The numbers are outstanding, he's an amazing player and perfectly priced (well maybe even slightly underpriced). I applied Engine chem style which has worked perfectly for me. I won't lie, I deeply struggled with him in the first 3 matches with him, but it seemed that I just needed to adapt my play style to him.
Now I'm gonna get into each face stat.
PACE
What a stat - at 88 acceleration and sprint speed he is faster than almost any other midfielder and it shows with how quickly and easily he moves across the whole pitch. Chem style boosts it up to 93 which is just perfect.
DRIBBLING
Absolutely a super strong stat for him. Base has 90 which goes up to 94 with chem style. I don't know what to say honestly, he's a master dribbler and with an already maxed out 99 balance he feels very responsive and smooth with the ball. His agile dribbling is almost impossible to tackle and his pace doesn't suffer at all when he has the ball.
SHOOTING
This is a complicated stat with which I have mixed feelings, although I'm inclined to say he's still a very good shooter - as I said, I scored 15 goals in 11 matched with him. Yes it's outstanding, but I must say that his finishing is bad. He has base finishing of 78 which feels a bit lower to be honest. But heres the good part. His attacking positioning is amazing, he is always in perfect position to score and is almost imposibble for defenders to man mark. His longshots are the best I've seen this year and the power in his shots are the equivalent of having a cannon for a leg. Now on top of that he has 5* weak foot, so it doesnt matter which side you shoot from. So conclusion: Amazing attack positioning, long shots and shot power, but disappointing close range finishing.
PASSING
Very very solid. Base card has 86 that goes up to 92 with chem style. I think this is simply a stat the plays as you'd expect. Hes not the best passer - in fact, his passing is a bit inferior compared to my PIM Deco and FS Jones, but then again, his passing stats are lower. So there isnt much to say. He's a great passer and again complimented by his 5* weak foot.
DEFENDING
I don't think I'm the right person to truly rate his defending since I use him as an attacking CM. I must say though, thanks to his High/High workrates he does make the necessary defensive runs and his interceptions are a nightmare for my rivals. His heading is decent mostly due to his 91 jumping.
PHYSICAL
I'd say this is anther group stat where I've got mixed feelings. His staming and jumping are spectacular although I do have my doubts on his 86 strength, maybe it's due to how I use him but he feels a bit weaker than that, although still much stronger than Deco. But I'd say this is completely compensated by his physical presence in-game. You can just feel that he's right there wherever the ball goes.
So my closing words. He is an amazing player. The overall displays a meh 87, but let's be honest - he plays much much better than that just like his IF and UEL. I think the price is more than fair for a player this good. His hair gives makes him incredibly fun to use and I swear that in some wicked way makes him better than he should be.

First of all this is my first ever review on futbin in 4 years using this plateforme, but bro... this card is absolutely mental !!! as we know how much he is broken this year, u except much from him, but this guy does better than you can actually ask him to do !!! like come on man he is staying in ur team until fifa 22. If you're asking urself if u should do him, stop hesitating man u have to get tarzan into ur team. I just can't see any cons in this god damn card.
He is gullit's direct son, like i can't see any other options
He is so quick with and without the ball, his defending is crazy good and his offensive work is as crazy, he just delivers those passes for my ronaldo like some precooked meals.
He is so strong, the man defends the ball better than his girl.
i don't see any cons really, maybe ligue 1 links but yeah even that is not a con.
maybe the price for people who can't afford it but still is 100% worth every single pennie.
We know how good Renato Sanches is in FIFA 21. His IF and his RTTF were incredible cards. However this version is god tier. He is easily similar to Gullit 90. He has the same WF, Same pace and also the same presence as Gullit. And that only for 700k is a steal. If you haven't completed him yet just do it. There isnt a better midfielder then him. Only Gullit and Bruno Fernandes TOTY are on his level. But they cost way more.
Pace: His pace is insane for a midfielder. Base 88 pace is the best you can get. He feels so fast and dominates the centre of the field.
Shooting: The Shooting on this card is also really good. If you appear for the opponents goal with him he can score easily. His finishing is 78 but he has 99 shotpower so thats why his shot is insane. Also with the 5 star weak foot he can score with both feet. Thats why he is a Gullit for 700k. Only Gullit as a central midfielder has 5 star weak foot.
Passing: His passing is good and he can do all the passes easily. Also with the 5 star WF he can pass with both feet.
Dribbling: He is so agile. He can dribble left and right so quickly. Best dribbling on a midfielder I have used this FIFA.
Defending: His defending is just like Gullit. The stats doesnt say everything. His presence on the pitch is incredible. Also because his pace is so high.
Physicality. It's literally a tank. 97 stamina is so good. He can play the entire game. Also the 91 jumping and the 93 aggression are such key stats. Those stats are also helping with the defending. So he can bully any midfielder and wins you a lot of duels.
Links: You can link him really easy with meta players such as Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes, Neymar and Mbappe.
Price Tag: Around 700k is a steal for him.
I have absolutely no cons about him
When I saw the SBC the price and his stats I thought he wasn't worth it but with the time I was changing my thoughts on this card, so I did him sold my RTTF Renato and was hoping for just a little upgrade but it wasn't like that ill tell you why.

Outside the box hes amazing the 99 shot power makes his shooting a lot better than the stats say.

86 passing more like 95 i mean the 5 WF for a midfielder makes his passing so much better he can do any pass if you do it correctly.

Isn't Neymar but isn't Lukaku I mean good dribbling and that's it

Stats say he have like 83 I think but hes like 99 the way that he intercept every ball is just nonsense his defending is just amazing.

Just stronger than anybody and stamina is crazy he wont get tired on 3 matches in a row.

so i did this sbc for 100k which is pretty good. i had fodder saved waiting for an icon sbc to drop (last time i got van nistelroy and nakata so im not doing another)
obviously i was expecting someone worth 600k or all my fodder+100k. but he was so much better than i thought. using him at cm and with his high att workrates means he plays at a cam spot when dybala isnt there. he has high def workrates so he acts like a cdm when i dont have the ball. he can shoot, defend, dribble, run, pass and he has 97 stamina. just do the sbc before it is too late. hes absolutely insane
shooting- mainly i use his long shots which are very good and go in the net a lot more frequently than i expect
pace- great for a midfielder. he can catch up with every player and with a shadow he has 98.
defending- way better than i expected. he is amazing at tackling and i always see him intercepting and winning the ball back. hes also everywhere on the pitch and appears at the perfect moments to win the ball back
dribbling- hes really agile and responsive. 99 balance too (sheeeesh)
pass- never misses them. he can pass to anywhere on the pitch provided you aim to the right person
stamina- he lasts the whole game with 97 stamina
strength- even though hes 5'9" he can out muscle most other players
weak foot- having the upgraded wf makes this card even more cracked
skills- hes a cm so im not expecting 5*5*. and i dont need skills for a midfielder anyway.
finishing- meh
Trust me guys he is worth every coins.
I was so excited for him and when i came out i was surprised for the price, not too expensive, so i do it and i spent only 40k.
I use him with gullit mid in my 442 (2) and he is the best cdm i've ever used, he's better cdm than cm cause i tried him also cm, gullit is better but it's normal...
He is the most aggressive guy that i've ever used, he can stole the ball just watchin the opponent and his cpu is cracked.

Div 3/ Gold 2 Player - Play him with a hunter on 8 chem.
Broke my club with massive requirements and if he is worth it is something dependant on what the rest of your team looks like and the amount of fodder in your club. If you can afford him, I guarantee he will be an upgrade on most midfielders in the game. He's insane in most departments. But he's incredibly expensive.
I personally play him as a CM in a 4-3-3 alongside Rabiot and Birthday Thiago. He's on balanced and I want him to get forwards while also breaking up play. His work-rates suit this perfectly as I find him forwards while also always in a good position to intercept/ make a tackle.
At this stage in the game, the question you're asking is whether or not he is an end-game player. Yes. 10000%. He's impeccable. Worth the investment.
Controls the midfield and can do everything. Can't say I've used anyone as good as what he does this year, but then again I run an RTG so haven't played with the gullit's etc...
Pace- Feels really fast with a hunter. Good pace with great dribbling and strength really helps me break the lines and counter-attack quickly.
Shooting- With a hunter he feels insane. His shot is broken. Stats suggest it will be average but so far shots have been hard and accurate. In his first game scored a 30 year finnesee.
Passing. Passes are crisp and quick. Short/long 95% of the time accurate.
Dribbling- Not the best, but really good considering his position and other attributes. Made better by his pace.
Defending- I suspect many will put a shadow on him but even without a boost his tackling was good.
Physical- 97 Stam the guy can run for days. I like the 86 strength, he really controls the midfield alongside rabiot.
Despite being 5"9 his jumping stat will mean he will win you some headers
Just generally feels insane. One of those guys this year that are different gravy from others.
Work rates are another bonus, he's everywhere.
5* WF is the cherry on top for this guy.
Price
No notable cons, perhaps his free kicks or pens. Sometimes his passing is a bit off, but generally very good.
