Was previously using TOTS Neuer & Oblak but they both started to become lackluster for myself so I thought I'd change to TOTS Navas whom I had sitting in my club after this week's champs rewards and to my surprise, he was genuinely incredible, even on 7 chemistry. I stopped at Gold 2 this weekend, going 17-7 as I didn't have enough time to complete all my games. He played 15 overall so coming in after my 9th game this weekend.
Overall, he impressed me massively with how composed he was on the ball when passing it around as I am a possession-based build-up player from the back, trying to get everyone involved as much as I can to change the style and not continue with route one football. He was a commanding goalkeeper in and around the box. I know it's a bit challenging with goalkeepers this year with how different they all are from each other and I was like that too, especially with Neuer and Oblak, even at time with Moments Peter Schmeichel who I enjoyed but degraded over time. I feel he's one of the better keepers out of them all this year, and even considering the fact I was using him on 7 chemistry and not the full 10 (not sure if this was the main reason he felt better).
However, I'd feel if you are looking for a keeper, especially if you've done this Obj Kimpembe or managed to get a TOTS Marquinhos.
Yes he might look like he is too short to be a goalie, but he is actually pretty good. I would say that i trust him 90% of the time nad he is generally a awesome card. He saves a lot of different type of shots but he as every other keeper on the game, struggle against meta shot types. He's superb for me and i have played a littlebit over 100 games with him now. I used to use Varane (only because i had little coins and he was untradeable) and TOTS Kimpembe. Now i use him behind TOTS Kimpembe and Prime moments Rio Ferdinand.
ok let me introduce my self so you navas fanboys don't start crying over what I have to say. I started playing this football casino game by Fifa 16, im a div 1 player this Fifa and I hit gold 1 or elite 3 most of the time in WL and I don't use full backs as cb but I defend very very well with insane cb as marqui tots and kimpembe tots.
ok now lets talk about our friend, cheeky kaylor navas. he is extremely bad! I got him in the elite 1 rewards with marqui and I wanted to try them out with kimpembe and god damn it he save nothing!!!!! kimpembe and marqui are so good but whenever they get beaten its done I have -100 trust in navas this guy is simply too short to save something. every shot made by a good shooting player gets in the net! the oponents that come up against me just start messing around and shoot from outside the box because they know it will get in the net.a free kick for the opponent is literally a pen when you use him. if you want to buy a keeper just don't even think a sec about this one, if you own him and want to try him don't even try him except if you like loosing.
-nothing except when he comes out of position and run onto the ball (the only chance for him to make a save)
