I had Van Dijk and IF Eric Bailly, but most of the times Bailly commits a lot of errors inside the box with his tackles and used to give a lot of penalties and free kicks away. Then I changed him with the carniball Alderweireld, he never seems to put a foot wrong and reads the game beautifully. His pace is never an issue i put anchor on him. He wins headers but most importantly his standing and sliding tackle is amazing.
Jumping seems to always win his headers

Not much cons but sometimes very rarely can get pushed by somebody like lukaku.
As the name suggests, Toby here will clean whatever trash falls through your back line. Let me explain; compared to other CB greats I've used (MOTM Ramos, Prime Moore, IF Chiellini) this man is the best secondary defender I've experienced. His high marking, standing tackle, reactions and jumping base stats mean that when you are pressing with an outside back, CDM, or even your other CB, he will take care of that large touch or deadly final pass WITHOUT FAIL. Cross coming in? Nope. Cutting through ball? As good as his. Cheeky dribbler? They get bodied.
I recommend pairing him with a faster CB like Varane (great hybrid with Courtois btw) to put pressure on your opponent and force the error that Toby will jump on. This is not to diminish his 1on1 capabilities, he excels at this as well, but you may want to give him an anchor/shadow chem to mitigate 70 pace in these scenarios. (Not necessary, but if you are one to lunge/press it will help with recovery)
He's a great transition defender as well, with high passing stats to quickly counter with a skip ball to your wings/forwards. I have yet to receive a card with him (200+ games), and he is clutch in the box due to his composure. On corners, he isn't a Van Dijk but he will certainly put a few in the net, and more importantly keep them out of yours. I credit this man with several wins and even more prevented rage quits.
TL;DR - He will jump on ANY mistake your opp makes within a 5m radius, he is 8/10 on corners, and he is so consistent that there are no more BS/handicap goals you shouldn't concede
