So, I did the Laudrup SBC for about 150K and haven't regretted it since. Bought his 91 a few months ago and thought is was a waste of coins.

Played 10 games with him as a LAM in a 4-2-2-2 and he is crazy good. He has the pace to go 1v1, track back a player when losing the ball or to go out wide, lose the fullback and cross the ball to one of my strikers. His shooting isn't great with a basic chem style, so put a marksman on him. With a marksman his shooting is really good, but don't rely on him making 4 goals every match. Passing is sublime. He creates lots of chances for my team with his high vision, his short passes often get my strikers in a 1v1 position and his crosses are really good. Laudrup feels really smooth on the ball and with his high reactions, he's always a step ahead of his opponent. With his 76 jumping, he wins most of his headers and his 71 strength in combination with his dribbling makes him a real pain in the ass for my opponent. The only real issue I have with this card is his stamina. Around the 74th minute I have to sub him 'cause he can't make the right runs anymore.

So I partly did this as I wanted to do a prime icon SBC and by the time I had money for any of the big names the game would be dead, and I needed an upgrade in CAM as I had been using Futmas Isco since Christmas (obviously). This was also pretty good value as I had a bunch of untradeables and you get some players from packs so I reckon I did this for around 300k. For me that has been an absolute bargain, it’s early days but he’s been amazing. It probably depends on play style as Laudrups best quality is his passing so if you want to play quick counters with fast players then he may not be for you, but if you pass the ball then he’s the one.  I know people get put off by his base long shots and power, however I put Marksmen on him and it’s worked a dream for me. It gives him a good shooting boost so long and power into 80’s but with positioning 90, finishing 92 & composure 93 + 4*WF he’s banged in more goals than games for me. Great at popping up in the box and tucking one in the bottom corner, he isn’t going to smash loads in from miles out but he’s excellent in the box. His dribbling is amazing 99 dribbling and control agility 93 mean he dribbles fantastically and ball feels stuck to his feet and whilst his pace isn’t amazing 88 acceleration combined with other stats means he feels fast and smooth when running with the ball. Passing is where he comes into his own, 98 vision, 97 short and 97 crossing means he picks passes out other players can’t, for me he has the best weight of pass of any player on the game, he’s great to use for pass and move players and when you add 92 curve he is also excellent at corners. The main downside is his stamina at just 80 especially with him getting on the ball a lot he isn’t getting through 90.  I just throw on my Futmas Isco for last 20 anyway but this may put some people off and even with the shooting upside he isn’t going to hit them the way some players do especially as a lot of people drop a striker back to a CAM in game. For me he was instantly worth the money, he’s fun to use and is the best passer I’ve ever used on Fifa but you need the right chem style to get the most out of him.
