I was very impressed with this player and I am glad i picked him. I needed a premier league CAM and used him as a CAM and not at all disappointed. Good shooting, great passing, good pace and wins a lot of headers.

Hard to link by country and team but if you have a full premier league team then easy
this is the first time ik write an review and im really exited. btw im not english so pls dont blame my languague. i packed prim butragueno and buy a fresh pl team with riyad mahrez shapeshifter cam. he was really good and helpful for my team. then the irish flashbacks came in sbc's and i wanted to do coleman but when i take another look at the stats of long i was in love. i tried him and compare him to my mahrez and he was the same but stronger. only mahrez is better in was taking longshots.
So I Shane Long from the Irish sbc a while ago. Partly because I'm half Irish and partly because I love Shane Long as a player (probably because of his goal against Germany.) Anyway, on with the review... This guy is an actual god. His close-range finishing is insane and his pace is really good with a hunter or a hawk. I use a hunter on him, however, I would recommend a hawk as he sometimes gets brutally smashed off the ball by defenders. His passing is surprisingly good and is amazing at CAM. I use him at both ST and CAM and he is amazing at both. If you have players with good passing in midfield then Shane Long is fantastic at running on to through balls and finishing past the keeper. His physical was a little disappointing, however, he sometimes muscles players off the ball but it is 50/50 and that is why I would put a hawk on him. Although his agility and balance doesn't look that great, in-game you do not feel it at all and he feels like he has 90+of each. Overall he is a sick card but if he had a 4* weak foot then he would be the best striker on the game for me (My favourite atm being playing otw promes at striker) he is better than lots of icon strikers and I would say he feels like ben yedder as he gets lots of disgusting goals for me from rebounds. Finally, he hounds down defenders like I would go after my science teacher during the purge and is amazing at winning the ball back in the opponents half.
Pace (with hawk or hunter)
Close range finishing
Amazing passing
Clutch penalties
Shot power
Actually very good at heading from corners with 99 jumping and 94 heading acc.
4* skills
Aggresion is very evident ingame as he chases down defenders and is very good at winning the ball back.
3* weak foot but feels like 4* ingame
Sometimes gets muscled off the ball
Free kicks are almost guaranteed to smash a fan in the face on the sideline
