Good Morning, Good Afternoon or Good Evening, depending on what time you have stumbled across this review!
Hello and welcome to a lengthy review on the first of many SBC releases throughout the 'Summer Heat' promo which I understand to be a direct replacement for FUTTIES, hinted at by the release of 'Best Of' batches and new voting options for some of the most popular cards throughout this year of FUT 20. Before I begin, I must state I am not a Tottenham fan nor a Frenchman, so I have no real bias or attachment to this card, this review is fully organic and my honest opinions on this card.
Chemistry Style- Anchor. I favoured anchor over the likes of gladiator, guardian and catalyst amongst other viable chemistry styles. I feel the sprint speed boost is necessary at this stage of the game, and the extra jumping, strength, aggression, defensive awareness and interceptions are also stats that I wished to boost.
Position- I played this Ndombele item as a box-to-box or 'secondary' CDM next to TOTY Kante, with the insane defending skills of the Chelsea Frenchman giving his compatriot an abundance of space to make positive forward runs whilst dominating the midfield with his physicality.
Pace(93/96)- Ndombele's pace is slightly unbalanced, with an extraordinary 97 acceleration but a relatively lacklustre 88 sprint speed, both of which were boosted with anchor. Despite it looking unbalanced I can assure you that Ndombele feels lightning quick, off the mark he is almost perfect and when he is in his stride there is very few midfielders that will stay by his side all the way. His pace compliments his physicality perfectly which makes him such a powerful runner.
Shooting(83)- In the position that I played Ndombele, his shooting was extremely efficient and fun to use, the perfect 99 shot power and the decent 83 long shots. However, if you plan to play this card in a role where he is charging into the box, his 75 finishing may be an issue. Ultimately, his shooting appears unbalanced just like his pace, but in this case it certainly feels like that in game, he has a cannon, but sometimes that cannon is aiming for Row Z. Shoot with Caution! And make sure to caution the opposing GK, that 99 shot power could kill a man....
Passing(93)- Ndombele's passing, I don't really have a whole lot to say. Absolutely remarkable, if you highlight the key 3 in terms of vision, long passing and short passing he excels in all 3 and despite his low curve, his finesse shots weren't awful and I managed to test the keeper with some and even score 1. Didn't even attempt a single cross due to him always dominating the central areas but I can imagine it may be a slight issue in a wide CM or CAM role. Probably the finest passer I've used in this year's game!
Dribbling(98)- Here we are, the main attraction, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. As I said I will level with you and be honest, the average body type and the height means that he doesn't feel quite as smooth as a Kante, or for example a Messi/Ben Yedder on the ball. But in terms of a physical ball carrier, this is probably the best on the game. Strength, aggression, balance, ball control, almost reminds me of a prime Moussa Dembele if I had to compare him to someone. Reactions and composure are super high-end and it's hard to criticise his dribbling in any way apart from the small problems I stated. Immaculate.
Defending(85/94)- In the position I played him in, the defending stat is very important but it has negated importance considering I paired him with Kante. The stat gained a huge boost from anchor which was the chem style's main selling point, the boost to the interceptions and awareness as I stated before is vital. With his physical presence and pace he feels like a bully regardless, but with these defending stats he becomes an absolute machine in midfield.
Physical(91/95)- Another huge selling point. Ndombele is an absolute animal. The stamina is very useable and with his work rates he will last all game. The jumping and heading is improved heavily with anchor and matched with his height, he gets the job done in duels and he isn't someone who will really be getting up to attack set pieces, so it isn't a huge worry. The strength and aggression as mentioned are very high and improved with anchor, making him an unbelievable presence. Ridiculously powerful.
Weak Foot(3*)- A slight problem. I won't dwell on it too much, don't shoot with his left foot and neither will you. Can still complete passes and make tackles efficiently. In a way be thankful, I reckon a 4* 4* Ndombele would've been 250k+, and truthfully, I don't think it would've made worlds of difference. A con, but not a huge one.
Skill Moves(4*)- Big help, he can execute a lot of meta skill moves and with his dribbling skills, he is a very fun player to move through midfield with.
Work Rates(Medium/Medium)- Many will see this as a con, but for me it brings a unique style to Ndombele's game. With his pace, power and dribbling skill he doesn't lazily, but casually strolls through midfield whilst taking his opponents apart. I almost feel as if high/high wouldn't suit him, but maybe I'm wrong.
So, in conclusion, this Ndombele card is one of the finest French and Premier League midfielders on the game. For the price, it's clear you can't go wrong, 125k for this card and 2 packs in a time where special cards are flying out more often then Ndombele intercepts through balls is an unbelievable offer. If you can link this card in really any midfield position, do it. You won't regret it.
Anyway, that concludes the review and if you got to this point then, wow, thanks for taking this long out of your day to read my review, it took a while but I thoroughly enjoy creating these reviews so if you would like to see a specific player next leave it below. Maybe 93 Mendy?
Is 93 Ndombele endgame?

After got some unusable & untradable players from deluxe TOTS & ultimate TOTS (95 Szceszny and 94 Sommer). I decided to put them into Ndombele SBC which cost me free. (combined with some 81-83 rated players in my club).
I'am a dribbler type of guy, so Ndombele will be perfectly matched with my playing style. (He got very good dribbling stats shown)
Ndombele plays with 4-2-3-1 formation apart with my 88 Vieira as a Cdm, but i played ndombele more centralized and more attacking. (more like CM)
As the stats said, he done his job very well as a CM, he's very fast for a CM, his dribbling is very smooth and enjoyable. his passing is accurate, he can shoot well when it necessary, and also he can defend and intercept the ball pretty good. And last but not least, he has a 4* skill moves, so he can do tricks sometimes.
DO HIM! before the SBC expired

Hello guys. Today we will be making a quick review on this beast, Tanguy Ndombele. Before we get started, I want to clarify that this review is based on ONLY rivals, since this card came on a weekday. In addition, I haven't played many matches with him. I just wanted to write this review so that I can share my feelings about him with you. Now, let's get to the review.
Tanguy Ndombele is probably one of the best defensive midfielders on the game at this point. He also is from a great nation, and from a great league, so he can easily be linked to many other players.I used an Anchor on him to boost his Defensive stats, almost maximize his Physical stats, and to give him a bit of Pace. He played as a Right CDM on a 4-2-3-1. He filled this potition perfectly. Now let's analyze his stats one by one.
Pace: I have nothing to say here. He might have significantly less Sprint Speed than acceleration, however, with an anchor he is on his top speed immediately, so he is able to cover up a lot of space in almost no time.
Shooting: His shooting actually is not that bad. For me he even scored some goals. Even if his Finishing / Long Shots stats are not great, his shot power makes up for his inaccuracy. Don't be afraid to shoot with him.
Passing: Here, I was satisfied. Won't stress this enough, he rarely misplaces passes. Amazing.
Dribbling: This is probably the best quality of this card. He is silky smooth on the ball, gets you out of sticky situations with ease. Also his 4* skill moves gives him a big advantage.
Defending: He is very solid. gets to the ball quickly and he intercepts most passes near him. He also turns really easily so it is quite hard for the opponent to get past him.
Physical: What can I say. 99 aggression, 96 strength, Average body type. He can't be pushed off the ball, and his 96 balance also helps here. In addition, his 93 stamina makes him last for the whole 90 minutes, easily.
In conclusion, this card is an absolute bargain. can't recommend him enough. Sorry for not making this review reliable, just wanted to advise you guys to do the right move and complete his SBC.
This card mostly has Pros, so I will mention his most important ones:
- Dribbling
- Defending
- Physical
- Probably the 3WF, even though it is no problem for a CDM
Not related to Tanguy Ndombele, however keep in mind that I wrote this review having played little matches with him.
What can I say, the moment I saw this card, I KNEW I had to buy him. He's a tank, and on the ball and he is extremely dominant. I feel like a bulldozer running someone over when he is disputing possession, that's how strong he is. His dribbling is incredible and smooth, it feels like everyone around him gets a dribbling boost of +20. He didn't miss a pass in almost 15 games, through balls, short passes, chips, he doesn't miss. He is always in a position to attack and defend, which is just insane, and he almost always intercepts the ball when he's near a receiving player. However, his shooting can be a bit bad in 1v1 situations, as his finishing is quite low. He is the perfect CDM/CM for me in a 4222 formation.
-Pace
-Physicality
-Passing
-Dribbling
-3* WF (though it feels like a 4* most of the times)
-Jumping (his height makes up for it)
