So guys, welcome to the 94 SummerHeat Paul Pogba Review!
First off, let's take a look at his stats before we get to the ingame performance review. He comes with super balanced and - compared to the fut birthday version - significantly improved stats.The only thing hes missing is the pace and defending stats, which we will upgrade with the Shadow Chemistry Style and his dribbling is not really superb. With stats balanced so well and the physical presence he has, he is best suited for a balanced CM or the more offensive CDM in a 4231. No traits, 5* Skills are nice to have and the 4* WF is good enough. Of course the 5*WF of his fut birthday card was nice, BUT compared with the increased stats I would always choose this one over the fut birthday version, 10 out of 10.
When it comes to ingame performance the first thing you notice is that his dribbling is kind of sluggish, which you could expect from his stats, BUT that doesn't really matter, as he's extremely present anyway and can push other players away easily with his aggressive movement and massive physical presence! His passes are on point and if you get the ball in front of the goal, he has good enough shooting stats to score a goal here and there. You can also use him with stay back while attacking and cover center in a 4231 and he will do such a good job for you with his movement on the pitch. Do you remember this early stages of Fifa 20, where Kante and Pogba in the cdm position where just the absolute peak of the meta? This card feels like back then 100%! He also has nice links to the likes of Fernandes, Rashford, James and also all the op French cards (Dembele, Lenglet etc.).
Being honestly guys I really enjoyed him the most as the second CDM in a 4231 on stay back while attacking + cover mid, with the SHADOW.
Taking all these awesome characteristics, stats and links into consideration the price is so SO good! This is a No-Brainer!

Balanced stats, physical presence, 5*Skills, movement without the ball is great
Pace and balance, the first can be dealt with with the Shadow Chem and the dribbling won't bother you
I really like the way Pogba plays, his longs legs combined with his strength can catch every ball. I use him with shadow and play him as a cdm or cm in 4231 or 442 and I am suprised.
You really feel his presence at the pitch and he will bring you further.
I am playing between g1 and e3 and in div1 and I really like the way he plays if you put stay back at attacking and just send him forward from time to time with L1.
Before I used Essien 90 or Kimmich tots and I have to say he is better than Essien for sure. Kimmich is imo better in defense but Pogba's strength will just replace that. So for me he was worth it!

5* skills - Always good if you are a skiller like me.
4* weak foot - not exactly 5* weak foot but it is wonderful anyway.
Finishing - He has insane finishing
Dribbling - He can get past anyone especially with the 5 star skills
Passing - Always there with the assist.

Just wanna say first I did some sbc's so that's why I have like Mcginn and Shoji. This card dominates for me. I mainly only play rivals and will do the occasional squad battle to do objectives. He has really good pace especially for a center mid. He has 5 star skill 4 star weak foot. He has pretty good finishing and really good dribbling. For my free kicks I normally have Sane's 96 but if it is on the wrong side then Pogba will do a job for you. He has good long shots and his stats are really good all round.?
Pace: For me I have a shadow on him. Even though this was an accident this was a good choice. With a shadow he has 97 pace, 94 acceleration, and 99 sprint speed. He is rapid and he can get into the box really easy with that pace.
Shooting: He finishes most shots and has good attacking position. 93 shooting for overall shooting and this is pretty accurate in how his shooting is. He scores a lot of goals especially for a CM. He has just great all round shooting.
Passing: His passing stats are not fair. 97 vision, 95 short accuracy, and 99 long accuracy. He will find almost any pass and can fit in almost any ball.
Dribbling: He does only have 83 acceleration and 91 reactions but his 99 ball control, 97 dribbling, and 97 composure make up for that. He can dribble past almost any defender that I have came up against.
Defending: Even though Pogba is known as an attacking CM he has good defensive stats like 94 stand tackle and 97 heading accuracy. He wins about 50% of defensive duels.
Physicality: He even has good physicality. He will win about 50% percent of battles and has 94 stamina with 96 strength.
Overall: In the 13 games I've played with him he has been brilliant. 100% if you have the money you should buy.
The sbc might be a little bit out of some budgets and if you need defensive CM he might not be the best option, unless you use a shadow.
Wow a fast pogba card with alright agility and balance? ofcourse i´ll do him!
So i did this pogba in hope that he would be like a cheap version of gullit and he really is! for me he is worth every single penny and he´s one of the strongest players i´ved tested this year. i use him in a 4-2-2-2 as attacking cdm where he fits perfect, and he is really tall so he can reach almost every ball around him. and he actually doesnt feel that clunky. He is obviously not like a saint maximin or dembele but he doesnt turn like a bus either. His shots is amazing aswell with that 99 shot power and great longshots aswell.

+With him being so big its impossible to take the ball off him

-His balance is rather average
-Can be clunky in etc overtime
Given than he is much cheaper than expected I would sum up that this is a must do card for EPL players. As mentioned in the title, he is a little bit disappointing when it comes to defending. I know his strength is attacking but his dribbling isn’t the best as his pace requires shadow to catch up fast opponents at this stage of the game (so engine isn’t the best option).
But if you are 5*Skillmove player as I am, you would enjoy the card. I didn’t get so many chance scoring with him as I played 4231 and Pogba is my balance CDM. But after looking at the performance for 10 games, he assisted 11 goals!
When it comes to CDM getting the ball when opponent parks the bus, his 5* SK opens spaces and there you go he assisted a lot!
His AI defending is questionable, as there were so many opportunity to steal the ball from opponent as gold Sissoko can even do but Pogba seems a bit lazy to tackle. But if you manually control him to tackle, he can do it pretty well.

I completed this Pogba SBC as soon as it came out. I was expecting it to be an 85 + 86 + 87 squad, so I was happy when I saw the requirments. I've tried him at CDM/CM and CAM, and he's performed well in all of them. I applied the SHADOW chemistry style, to boost the pace up significantly. Engine also seems like a good option if you're playing him as a CM. For me, he's not good enough defensively to be a CDM on his own, however playing him in a 4-2-2-2 or 4-2-3-1 alongside a player like Ndombele, Fabinho etc he plays very well as a secondary CDM. However, I still feel that his best position is at CM. IMO this SBC is worth completing if he fits your team, but if he doesn't then I wouldn't. If you have Ndombele, I wouldn't REPLACE him with Pogba, however if they're going to play in the same team it's an awesome link. I'd say that this is a good value for money SBC, and I'm happy to have done it. I'll list my ratings for the stats below:
PACE: 8/10 Even with a shadow, his pace didn't seem too great because he's 6'3. It's still good pace for a CDM/CM though.
SHOOTING: 10/10 Hasn't missed a shot for me yet - He's unreal at shooting
PASSING: 9/10 Good, but not top tier
DRIBBLING: 8/10 Felt slightly clunky, but controls the ball nicely and he can do brilliant skill moves
DEFENDING: 8/10 Decent defending with a shadow, but I think he's better offensively than defensively
PHYSICALITY: 8/10 His body type means that he doesn't really bully players off the ball, however he rarely loses the ball in a physical battle.
Overall: 9/10 - Not the top 3 CM's in the game, but is ceratinly up there in the top 15. For the price, GET HIM IF HE FITS YOUR TEAM.

I love Pogba, he is really fun to play with and might make my starting xi, but i need to be completely modest and honest:
Seeing as I already had two immaculate CDM's in Wijnaldum and Fabinho, and the perfect CAM in Bruno Fernandes (which also contributes alot in backtracking and defending) it was hard for me to bench any of them for Pogba, even though I completed him using players like TOTS Nani and Promes, since I really wanted him in my squad.
Experimenting alot in 4231, 442 and other formations this is what I have concluded with:
CDM: No go! His medium workrates combined with his defensive stats results in creating alot of space in midfield for my opponents to attack in, even on stay back/cover center and with a shadow chem style in 4231.
CM: In a 442 he was def good as a CM, but you should really pair him with someone that has high def. workrate and good defensive stats.
CAM: This is where he shines for me. Not having to worry about his defending capabilities, you can have fun with this 6"3 monster of a player.
This card is just something inbetween every position for me, and was hard to find his natural and good position. The card is a beast, dont get me wrong, and for sure is very usable, but you should be very wary of who you use around him. I think you should look at him as a CAM and not a CDM, or possibly a box to box CM.
I used the engine chem style for him , but I think a hunter might be just as good.
I dont know if putting Bruno as a CDM and benching one of my other CDMS is worth it for playing him tbh.
6"3 stocky presense in midfield is a huge plus no matter what
5* skillmoves is incredibly fun with him
99 shot power / 94 longshots actually makes him a goalmachine, regardless of his finishing
92 heading accuracy / 88 jumping makes him win alot of cruical duels in midfield for me
95 attack positioning makes his off the ball movement really good, attacking wise, always runs into space and has the creativity to create big scoring opportunities
everything about his passing is really good
83 agility / 73 balance does indeed make him a bit clunky, which is okay, but indeed being "non-meta" will make an impact for you
86 finishing is something I wish would be better, which would make him more of a certified CAM
96 strength / 84 agression actually, believe it or not, doesnt make him hold onto the ball alot. no sticky for me with him, and loses the ball more often than you'd think
4* weakfoot actually withholds him from being one of the best cams in the game i think. misses quite alot on his left, because of his finishing.
79 acceleration isnt the best, even boosted he is obviously not lightning fast, but his stock and strengt does make up for it tbh
I recently opened my 5 88+ guarantee and got a duplicate Jordan Henderson & Adama Traore. I opted to save them to complete whoever won between Kante & Pogba. I completed Pogba quickly after he came out and then I hopped into some division rivals to test him out. I played Pogba at CAM in the 3-4-1-2 with TOTS Richarlison & Summer Heat Bruno Fernandes playing striker. I know a lot of people would play him at CDM but I have TOTS Henderson and SH Fabinho so he was my CAM. I put a hunter on him because like most people he acceleration scared me. The first thing I notice about Pogba is that his lack of Agility & Balance aren’t noticeable, he is very smooth on the ball where other players have been “Clunky”. The second thing I noticed is that he is quite rapid on the ball and can usually out-physical people who catch him. The best thing about Pogba is his first touch. In a game, where players can make terrible touches, Pogba rarely messes up his first touch. His passing is really smooth and rarely makes a bad pass. I would just like to add that Pogba isn’t a great shot taker. No matter how nice his shooting stats look, his 99 shot power doesn’t feel like 99. I’ve had this same problem with Fabinho SH. I’m not saying he can't shoot at all but in comparison to Bruno Fernandes at CAM, he definitely lacks but I still managed to get a hattrick with him in my 2nd game. After 5 Games, Pogba’s record was 6G & 4A. Overall, Pogba's ability to settle and release the ball impressed me. If you have duplicates, Man Utd Fan or have a french team and need a decent CAM and probably incredible CM, Pogba is a great option.

I got Pogba because I heard great things about his FUTbirthday and I could do him for very cheap.
so I sold my baby Vieira who I adored so here my review.
SHADOW CHEM STYLE:
I played as a cdm in a 4231 and he CANNOT play as a cdm and is nowhere near what I expected defensively, and what I expected was him to feel very strong not very agile but he isn't that solid cdm I want unlike my Vieira and my Fabinho. however, I switched to a 442 and I've got to say he's not bad at attacking he has a good pass and his long strides beat the opponent's midfield with ease but if you want him to defend he can be a bit iffy and he doesn't feel anywhere near as strong as I thought he would.
