Everyone here is probably looking at this card and thinking, that bulky bodytype and height is gonna be a very big problem. But there you would be wrong. He was using his strength to body players while he was dribbling and no one could get the ball off of him. Also he was always in the right positions to pass to and get a quick turn to pelt it with either of his feet, and what a finish this player has, if you can fit him into your team i highly recommend. A player I would compare him too would be benzema with both of them having that deadly shot and being able to do twist and turns past your opponent, but I have to say this jovic card is better in game especially with that 5 wf.
Absolute rocket of a shot doesn't really miss
Pace was good enough
no cons for me but if you are used to playing with players such as Neymar, he will not be as agile as that but he is definitely up there
this player is the embodiment of a dynamic striker. you couldn't ask for more, he's maybe not the sharpest dribbler but he still feels smooth on the ball regardless. you should try him with both engine and hunter and see what fits your play style more, I personally prefer the hunter. the instructions you play him with affect greatly his movement on the pitch so then again try all the combinations till you hit that sweet spot.5 star weak foot makes him unpredictable and the 4 star skill moves are more than enough. he's also able to play with another striker next to him, but make sure the other striker has the ability to play as more of a secondary striker.
- deadly shooting
- weak foot
- strength
- clever runs
- maybe not messi-esque type of responsive dribbling
Had his TOTS last year. Had his 87 for most of this year, which was very consistent for me. This card feels like an upgrade of his 87, with the same consistency but with better stats. He feels powerful when moving forward, and although not as agile with direction changes and dribbling, once you push past a defender and get a half decent angle, he will hit the target. If you have a bunch of unused untradeable cards you can put into the SBCs (mine cost me nothing), it is very much worth it.
Hold up play feels good too and he can offer a variety of attacking options by either turning with his back to defenders, or doing quick passes to teammates. Pace isn't breakneck speed but he can still get through the gears and his shooting and dribbling make up for it.
Shooting
Strong
Powerful moving forward
Defending (although his strength can come in handy and defending with ST isn't a priority for me)
Doesn't offer the same style of 'ball sticks to feet' dribbling with players like Mbappe, Mertens etc.
When I made this card, I had no idea how good it is, for me it is an absolute monster scoring goals from anywhere, good pass, creating many chances of goals, maybe in delay it can be a little clumsy, but in normal situations is far from that. if you want a cheap and very good striker, go after him
- finishing can make goals from anywhere
- physical
- 5 stars weak foot
- 4 Stars skils
- Body type sometimes he doesn't have the same agility of ben yedder
