Usually, goalkeepers are not getting many reviews, even though everyone has a strong opinion on them; I thought to give the experiences I made with GKs to the Futbin-community in order to avoid expenses mistakes.
I play a Bundesliga-team and therefore it was a no-brainer for me to buy Neuer-FIF after his release for cheap 110k back in the days. I totally played over 100 games with him since then and think I found my goalkeeper for the next couple of months, probably until TOTS.
DIV: His diving is solid. Saves a lot of freekicks other keepers won't, barely concedes goals outside the box anyway.
REF: Very good reflexes. Often saves shots from a close distance, especially if the opponent does not know how to properly place before finishing, he is an absolute gamechanger. Chip balls, however, are often dangerous
HAN: Save hands, sometimes catches a corner safely which doesn't happen a lot in FIFA21.
SPE: Well, he doesn't feel fast for a GK, but who really cares.
KIC: I feel he could directly score from a kick, therefore I just throw the balls. I don't like it if the goalkeepers can kick that far.
POS: Is very good. Often he does not need to dive to catch well-placed shots.
Resumé: Good keeper, if you have the coins on the bank and the purchase dont hurt you, buy the IF-Neuer. However, the casual Neuer is just fine aswell.
