EA Sports FC 24 Top 20 Striker Predictions

Our final position for the EA Sports FC 24 Rating Predictions are in, rounding off the collection with strikers, some of the highest rated players in the game! There are plenty of goals to be scored with these players next years, who will you be using?

#20 - Alexandre Lacazette - 84 OVR - Lyon

FIFA 23 Rating - 81

The Frenchman’s time at Arsenal came to an end as he returned to Lyon to captain the club after 5 years away.

He played like he’d never even left, he was back amongst the goals from his debut and didn’t slow down.

Lacazette bagged 31 goals across all competitions and finished just 1 goal behind Kylian Mbappe

#19 - Dusan Vlahovic - 84 OVR - Juventus

FIFA 23 Rating - 84

It was an extremely odd season for Juventus, points deductions were being handed out, then rescinded, then given back to them which can’t have made life on the pitch very easy.

Vlahovic still managed to score 14 across all competitions but it’s nothing to write home about so we’ve kept him at an 84

#18 - Iago Aspas - 84 OVR - Celta Vigo

FIFA 23 Rating - 85

Our first downgrade enters the list in the way of Iago Aspas. The Spaniard could only muster up 12 goals this season as Celta Vigo finished mid-table.

We also think his age will play into his rating. Having just turned 36 we can only see the rating going downhill from here.

#17 - Diogo Jota - 85 OVR - Liverpool

FIFA 23 Rating - 85

Jota’s minutes were quite limited this season due to injury, but when he did make his way into the Liverpool team, he delivered.

He averaged a goal contribution every 92 minutes as Liverpool finished 5th. We’ve downgraded a few Liverpool players this year but would be harsh on Jota so have kept him at 85.

#16 - Gabriel Jesus - 85 OVR - Arsenal

FIFA 23 Rating - 83

A recurring knee injury came back to bite Jesus midway through the season but that still didn’t stop him and Arsenal having an amazing season.

The Brazilian chipped in with 18 goal contributions in just 26 matches which is well deserving of a +2 to take him to 85 in EA Sports FC 24.

#15 - Wissam Ben Yedder - 85 OVR - Monaco

FIFA 23 Rating - 84

The rat leader is here to take over once again in FC 24.

Ben Yedder hit 25 goals for Monaco this season but was let down by his team mates as they could only put together a 6th place finish and ended up missing out on Europe.

A big season from the striker means an upgrade and we’ve gone for a +1.

#14 - Memphis Depay - 85 OVR - Atletico Madrid

FIFA 23 Rating - 85

Despite playing less than 2 hours of football for Barcelona this season, Memphis Depay still walks away with a La Liga winners medal.

The former Manchester United winger left Barcelona for Atletico in January but his injury problems followed as expected.

Just 10 league appearances for Depay this season, but as with Jota we feel a little bit bad downgrading due to injury.

#13 - Ciro Immobile - 85 OVR - Lazio

FIFA 23 Rating - 86

This guy’s not gonna be a very good football player, he's Immobile

Compared to his previous seasons, this year was quite disappointing for the Lazio man, scoring just 14 goals across all competitions.

Despite his drop in form Lazio still managed to grab 2nd place in Serie A but were still a way off from champions Napoli.

#12 - Romelu Lukaku - 85 OVR - Chelsea?

FIFA 23 Rating - 86

We don’t know where Lukaku will end up next year, Chelsea don’t want him but are stuck with him, Vlahovic may be included in a swap with Juventus, Inter Milan want him but he doesn’t want Inter!

Lukaku’s future is still very uncertain but one thing we know for sure is that he’ll be getting a downgrade for FC 24.

A very similar goal record to Immobile so we’ve given the same downgrade, a -1 to 85.

#11 - Antoine Griezmann - 86 OVR - Atlético Madrid

FIFA 23 Rating - 83

After a shaky spell at Barcelona Antoine Griezmann has found his feet again back in Madrid.

The Frenchman hit 35 goal contributions across 48 games for Atleti as well as some stellar performances for France at the World Cup this year.

We think he deserves a +3 taking him to 86 for FC 24.

#10 - Victor Osimhen - 86 OVR - Napoli

FIFA 23 Rating - 83

We kick off the top 10 with one of Europe’s most exciting strikers last season, Victor Osimhen.

The Nigerian striker scored 31 goals last season and fired Napoli to the Serie A title, he may not be a Napoli player much longer, but they’re doing all they can to keep hold of him.

A very deserved +3 for Osimhen heading into FC 24 will make him one of the most desired players in the game.

#9 - Christopher Nkunku - 87 OVR - Chelsea

FIFA 23 Rating - 86

The former Leipzig man is one of many fresh new faces at Stamford Bridge and will be hoping to have the same impact as he did in the Bundesliga.

Despite spending part of the season out injured, Nkunku still managed to win the Bundesliga golden boot with 16 goals.

Another very impressive season from the Frenchman which is why we think he’ll be upgraded once again for FC 24.

#8 - Paulo Dybala - 87 OVR - Roma

FIFA 23 Rating - 86

Dybala was welcomed to Rome this last summer and hit the ground running as if he’d been there all of his life.

The Argentine contributed to 24 goals in just 38 games to help Roma reach a Europa League final.

A very solid first season in the capital for La Joya which will hopefully see him rewarded with an upgrade next year.

#7 - Lautaro Martinez - 87 OVR - Inter Milan

FIFA 23 Rating - 86

Another Serie A Argentine striker going from 86 to 87 in the way of Lautaro Martinez.

The Inter Milan striker scored 28 goals across all competitions on top of 11 assists along the way.

His goals fired Inter Milan to the Champions League final but unfortunately Manchester City were just too good for them.

#6 - Cristiano Ronaldo - 87 OVR - Al Nassr

FIFA 23 Rating - 90

The 5 time Ballon D’or winner misses out on our top 5 and we think he’s lucky to land himself in 6th.

The first half of Ronaldo’s 22/23 was abysmal, scoring just one goal for Manchester United before leaving for Saudi Arabia.

16 goals across an entire season isn’t worthy of the top 5 in our opinion and a -3 downgrade is what we expect for Cristiano for 24.

#5 - Harry Kane - 90 OVR - Tottenham Hotspur

FIFA 23 Rating - 89

We’re jumping straight up to 90 rated cards in the top 5, kicking off with the England captain.

If a certain Norwegian forward didn’t exist then people would have been in awe of Harry Kane’s goal scoring this season.

The Spurs man scored an astonishing 30 goals in the Premier League but was unfortunately overshadowed.

#4 - Karim Benzema - 90 OVR - Al Ittihad

FIFA 23 Rating - 91

Karim Benzema might be the current Ballon D’or holder but that won’t stop us from downgrading him for FC 24.

He scored just 19 league goals last season and Real Madrid only ended the season with Super Cups and the Copa Del Rey.

We think his age will also play a part in his rating, a -1 to a 90.

#3 - Robert Lewandowski - 91 OVR - Barcelona

FIFA 23 Rating - 91

No upgrade or downgrade for Lewa as 91 is the perfect rating to reflect his performances last season.

The Polish forward bagged 33 across all competitions and helped Barcelona and Xavi take home the La Liga title.

A 3rd place spot for Lewy on our list and very deserving!

#2 - Kylian Mbappe - 91 OVR - Paris Saint Germain

FIFA 23 Rating - 91

After taking top spot in FIFA 23, Kylian Mbappe has been knocked off by the new best striker in the world.

Who knows where the Frenchman is going to end up next season as PSG don’t seem to want him and his focus is on that Madrid move in 12 months time.

41 goals and 10 assists for the forward last season helped guide the Parisians to another Ligue 1 title but once again struggled in the Champions League.

#1 - Erling Haaland - 91 OVR - Manchester City

FIFA 23 Rating - 88

Was it ever in doubt? We’d debated who would take the top spot over Haaland and Mbappe but since it was announced that the Norwegian would be the face of FC 24, we had no other choice.

Manchester City were far and away the best team in the world last season as they destroyed every team in their path on the way to winning the treble.

Erling Haaland played a major part in this, despite many thinking he’d signed for the wrong club. He ended the season with countless broken records and over 60 goal contributions across all competitions.

A very deserving top spot in our strikers list.

Who did we miss out? Do you think we got all of the ratings correct?
