After getting Pires and Nakata in my first two Icon packs I decided to say fuck it and sold half my club to do it for the third time. Luckily I managed to pack this absolute god. I'm a pretty shit Fifa player and usually barely scrape above 50% win rate in WL but this week I went 14-3 solely because of Eusebio hard carrying game after game. With a Marksmen his shooting is pretty much maxed out and you can literally power shot from anywhere in the box and it would go in. In fact you dont even have to get remotely close to the box as a finesse from 50 yards out would more than likely hit the target and go in because of his 99 long shot. His dribbling is just on a whole different level and you can literally just wiggle your left stick around and he would spin like a fucking tornado and evades everything. His pace is blistering and he's decently strong as well and can usually hold his ground really well. His passing is not bad for a striker also and he never ever gets tired. He even manages to score headers. Enough said.
Not quite sure how much he goes for right now but if you can afford him I recommend you do it because this guy literally has 0 weakness and will 100% improve your game.

But i managed to pack him in a base Icon pack after my fifth.
(Butragueno in the one from Icon swap, Larsson, Owen, Zambrotta, Eusebio)
I thought i was dreaming when I packed him at work on the Computer. I would've been happy with a Van der Saar but i got Eusebio. I had 1.4 Mil left so i adjusted my Team a bit.
I played 13 Games on the same evening i Packed him. He got me 7 Ragequits, 5 of them before the 30th minute. 2 of them before the game even started because my enemy backed out. I got 10 Wins and 1 loss in the 92' Min.
In one game he scored 7 Goals. 7. against a 5 Mil Team with 6 Icons in it.
Anyway this Card is absolutely BROKEN!

He's absolute rapid. If i had the kick off he was through my opponents Team before he was at his controller

He scored all types of Goal.
Low driven. Finess shots from in the box and from 30 Meters outside box. Freekicks, powershots and headers after a Corner.
you can feel the 97 Shot power with marksman.

95% of his passes come inchperfect to the players feet, chest or wherever you want him to pass.
Dribling:

When you get a 8/10 in defensive as a Defender, you're doing something right. He wins almost every single tackle he Comes against. it diesnt matter to him if it's ferdinand or VVD. he just wins it.
+He has a hammer heading power and accuracy
Physicality:
10/10
The combination of all of his stats with his physicality are just wonderfull. if he ever looses a ball he goes in to the enemy, breaks his ankle without it being a foul and gets the ball back.
OVERALL:
THIS CARD IS THE GOAT
If i'd loose my account or it would get deleted, i would save all my coins. would sell everything i'd ever get in order to buy this Card again.

I HATE it when People say a Card doesn't have cons but this Card legit doesn't have any cons.
Maybe that if you can't Play him in Goal or that he doesnt have Stamina for a 120 Minute game if you start him on 80 Fitness.
Im so sorry. This year I had the pack of a fifa lifetime. A jumbo premium gold pack, maybe worth $3, gave me this godlike fifa card. I have had so many games where Im getting outclassed in rivals yet, all it takes is like 3 well worked through balls because any shot on target is going in. I have this card tradeable and no matter his price he will never be sold. Give him an engine or sniper, honestly anything. Best finishing in the game, easily maxed out pace, pacing never lets you down with 5* weakfoot. The 5* WF is so good with his incredible shooting stats becasue it makes him so unpredictable which not many cards can do. His dribbling is super stciky and chem style boosts make him unstopable. Oh and btw his stamina is kante like. His record is with me 361 games played a fucking incredible 463 goals scored with 251 assists. if u have the coins no card is better.

After packing Eusebio a few months ago in a Base Icon Pack, I decided it was time to write a review for this guy, so here we go.
I use him as a left striker in (mostly) a 4-2-2-2 and I'm not exaggerating when I say this man is un-be-lievable.
He is really fast, so you will be dusting practically every defender you come up to.
His shooting is top-tier. He's always in the right place to put the ball in the net and he can literally score from all different angles, distances, with both feet and with his head.
Passing is also really good, but don't expect him to be Pirlo-esque. However, you can boost his playmaking-ability by putting a certain chemstyle on him, but I would recommend using him a striker.
Next up: Dribbling. His dribbling-ability is great. The ball seems to stick to his feet at all times and he can quickly change direction. The ideal player for left joystick-dribbling.
To end off with, let's talk about his Physical-stats. With a Marksman, his jumping gets a boost to 99 and that gives you the possibility to let your wingers/backs cross the ball in the box, 'cause this man is able to head that fucker in the back of the net. He has 94 stamina, so you can use him 90 or even 120 minutes without having to sub him off. He has a good combination of strength/aggression, and his very high balance and agility help him to stay on his feet. However a player like, let's say Van Dijk, can push him off the ball, but you get the idea.
To end this off, I have to say he's a real game-changer. He's always noticeable on the pitch and he's a constant treat to you opponent. If you have the coins, you should buy him.

Defending
First and foremost, this is an EXPENSIVE AS HELL player, only buy him if you really don't have anywhere else to spend. I was lucky enough to pack him in my 3rd of 3 base icon packs, spend about 100k on the SBC.
Is he insane? yesssss, he is just immaculate in almost everything.
He is GOOD, VERRRY GOOOD, but for 4.4-5.1 millions, you could get an insane squad, so follow the first thing i said. Or buy his 91 wich in paper looks better Value for money, and WAY cheaper.
Does he justifies the price? kind of YES, he is one of the, if not the best ST/CAM/CF you could get on the game. I've played him alongside David Villa SBC on 4-1-2-1-2(2), as a ST on 4-2-3-1, as all of the 3 CAM on 4-2-3-1, and he player insane on those positions. If you i'd like to play him as a CAM, maestro is just as good as MARKSMAN, if as striker go for the 2nd option.
Yes he is really good, but his value for money is 3.5, cuz he is just too expensive, and his 91 is 3-3.7, again, not that he isn't insane, just cuz is a very expensive card, but totally worth specially if you want to have fun in this game.
I dont know what if i'd still be playing FIFA if i didn't pack him, he is fun, reliable in 98% of the situations, have i told he is just to fun to play with?, and is cheat code in game.
He is that kind of player who plays good on delay, and INSANE without it, he WILL win you games specially on clutch ones, you could definetly count on him.
It's that one of a kind player. I played with the squad up there most of the games, with some slight variations

Passing sometimes seems a bit off, but nothing that kills the card. You could put a maestro, is fine too.

I got this man in my first and only base icon pack. I was bored of the team I had at the time and decided to give a base icon pack a go to see if I could get a huge pull. I got him and was thrilled. At first he did not seem to me that he was worth his hype and asking price when I was using him in a single striker formation. I began experimenting with different formations and decided to go with the 4-4-2, pairing him up with Griezmann up top. Once I did that I have not once questioned him, he scores everything. Get in the box, smash it near post, and it's going in the back of the net. Not to mention his dribbling, he feels very agile and responsive on the ball, allowing him to make some great scoring opportunities.

You need to try this card uot. Eusebio is alwais eusebio on this game this man is a god in fifa better then his prime and mid version his moment card is better but this card is inasane.
I play him as a striker in 4-2-3-1 and he is unbelivebul I have mahrez tots as a cam and adama tots as right cam and vardy tots as left cam and eusebio is jus the dream striker he can scores from every where his finesse shot is incredible but his power shot is eaven better then r9 he shoud have 100 in shot power. I was so lucy to pack him in a base icon pack but I have 7 mil coins and I do not want to buy r9 because eusebuio is soooo good
this card i really expensive but for meit is worth 4.2 mil
When i first took the base icon pack from the first swaps i did not expect to get a card this good. He works perfectly with this game with his agility ,5 star weak foot and incredible finishing. For me Eusebio is one of the best cards in fifa history and even if he costs around 4 million i think he is worth the coins. I would recommend using him as a striker with a hawk because that gets him even more pace better strength and aggresion but especially 97 finishing and 99 shot power.

Costs around 4 million coins and is hard to efford unless you pack him.

Sur fut 19 je n'avais jamais testé ce Monsieur , moi qui aime les joueurs 5 étoiles skills mouvs habituellement , j'ai décidé cette année de changer mes habitudes et de le prendre pour faire du rivals DIV1 et WL !
une de mes meilleures décisions , cette carte est absolument incroyable , le 89 sur la carte ne veux rien dire , in game cette carte n'a pas d'egal , après avoir testé plusieurs games changers sur ce fifa Eusebio est de loin le patron , il a tout , vitesse , dribble , finition , 5WF et j'en passe , 4M de crédits? oui c'est une sommes mais ce petit portugais vaut le moindre crédit dépensé pour ce l’accaparer , Sa stat qui m'a le plus marqué? la puissance de frappe ! il envoie des boulet de canons intraitable pour n'importe quel gardiens du jeu !
