Then there is the SBC we are here to talk about today, the long awaited Rolfo special card. Due to injuries we have had to wait some time for a special Rolfo card but of course the Fantasy Promo opens the opportunity for some incredible cards and in team 2 it has delivered!

As I mentioned, Rolfo has been out since September but just in time for this promo she looks to return to the field and hopefully do some work for the Barcelona Womens team. I think I speak for most of the community when I say this card has got to pick up some upgrades. We have waited long enough for the Swedish player to join our Ultimate Team.
So let’s talk about the upgrades this card does have as a base fantasy item. A +2 on the overall with a nice pace and passing boost. She has been given a second playstyle+ in the pinged pass playstyle. I’m not much of a fan of the trickster playstyle as I feel it doesn’t fit the kind of gameplay you would see in champs, but that’s a different matter. Quite noticeably, she has been given the relentless playstyle as well which is a really important one to have as this means she will terrorise the opposition for the full 90. The final and most important thing, this card now has the CM position available. Why is this important? Throw it back to the beginning of the game and everyone was running Rolfo at CM as her stats were so well rounded, that is no different now.
I went with a slight Fantasy themed team here which saw Rolfo in the CM position with Fantasy Mendy taking her place in LB. Fellow teammate Pina in the CAM position with Fantasy Midema and Mbappe upfront to receive the ball.
Chemstyle is a little tough here as it quite depends on where you play Rolfo, I opted mostly for the CM position so I went with the shadow so that she can play as a brut midfielder but also getting a good boost to pace. If you opt for the default position of LB, I would say go for the Engine as this will help boost the agility and balance to make her more agile when running upfield.

This SBC is coming in at around 600k and to be honest, whilst that is a big pricetag, the card looks incredible and I would expect a premium pricetag for a premium card. Worth noting that right now there is so much grindable content that would make obtaining this card quite easy without actually having to spend 600k.
How did she perform in-game?
+ Passing on this card was sublime. Mixed in with the pinged pass, this card placed goals out on a platter for the attack.
+ Strength is huge on this card, she does a great job of pressing players off the ball to regain possession and can absolutely hold her own when pushing upfield
+ Positioning is also really good, especially the attack positioning.
+ Defending in general on this card is also really good as she constantly intercepts the opposition’s play, mixed with the high strength so tackles any player with ease.
/ Pace is something I am a bit torn on as though she has high pace for a midfield, she felt slower in-game. However I feel this stat isn’t a big deal if using the card as a CM, it does however let the card down when playing at LB
/ Dribbling in general was really good however the low agility and balance hurts this card if playing in the LB position, so more reason to be playing this card as a brut CM.
Rolfo - Cop or Flop?
We have waited nearly 6 months for Rolfo to get a special card and i’ve gotta say she does not disappoint. I gave her a try at LB for a few games but this card is built for the midfield position. She can do a little bit of everything and with the High/High workrates, she gets around the pitch and puts in a shift.
There’s a good chance this card will at least get an upgrade but with her returning from injury it’s hard to say how she will perform and whether or not she meets the criterias for the other upgrades. But upgrades aside this card is still absolutely solid and worth the pickup.
