FIFA 23 Premier League Reveal: Top 23 FUT Ratings

The FIFA 23 Ratings Reveal is in full swing, with the Top 23 Premier League players being announced, along with official stats and positions.

Top 23 Premier League Ratings Revealed

The Top 23 Player Ratings in the Premier League have been revealed!

#1 - Kevin De Bruyne - 91 OVR

Topping the Premier League ratings this year we have Man City’s maestro Kevin De Bruyne, who keeps his 91 rating from FUT 22, as well as gaining a +2 Shooting boost.

#2 - Mohamed Salah - 90 OVR

Coming in close 2nd is Liverpool’s main man, the Egyptian King Mo Salah, who returns to his 90 rating following a downgrade last year. +2 Shooting & +1 Passing make him even more of an attacking threat this year.

#3 - Virgil Van Dijk - 90 OVR

Similar to his teammate, Van Dijk returns to the 90s with an upgrade this year, of which a stonking +3 Pace upgrade has been awarded, taking him to 81 Pace in FUT 23.

#4 - Cristiano Ronaldo - 90 OVR

Hardly something to SIUUU about for Cristiano Ronaldo this year, following one of the biggest downgrades we’ve seen so far. -1 OVR is the tip of the iceberg, with CR7 also dropping by a whopping 6 Pace, 3 Dribbling and 4 Passing, a true end of an era.

#5 - Heung-Min Son - 89 OVR

No major changes to Heung-Min Son to note this year, as he maintains his 89 OVR. A +2 Shooting boost and a shift from LM to LW are the only notable differences to his FUT 22 card.

#6 - Casemiro - 89 OVR

The £70m Manchester United acquisition Casemiro remains at an 89 OVR in FUT 23, with small decreases in Pace, Dribbling & Passing. Could he be someone receiving a Ones To Watch card this year?

#7 - Alisson - 89 OVR

Alisson keeps his 89 OVR from FIFA 22, with a largely unchanged card.

#8 - Harry Kane - 89 OVR

After a slightly less productive 2021-22 season, Harry Kane has dropped down to an 89 once again, with Pace, Dribbling & Physical decreases.

#9 - Ederson - 89 OVR

Ederson keeps an identical card to FIFA 22 in FUT 23, no changes to note.

#10 - N’Golo Kanté - 89 OVR

Another victim of a major pace downgrade, N’Golo Kanté not only drops down by 1 OVR but also gets a -6 Pace downgrade, along with decreases in Dribbling, Passing & Physical.

#11 - Erling Haaland - 88 OVR

Manchester City’s new superstar Erling Haaland remains largely unchanged heading into FIFA 23, with only a +4 Defending and -1 Physical change to note. However, expect to see plenty of performance-based upgrades this year.

#12 - João Cancelo - 88 OVR

The first of the Manchester City Portuguese trio, João Cancelo gets a whopping +2 OVR boost, and a shift to LB (although we expect him to have a secondary RB position too). +1s to Dribbling, Defending & Physical, along with +2 Shooting & Passing make him one of the most exciting full-back options this year.

#13 - Rúben Dias - 88 OVR

Rúben Dias also earns an upgrade to an 88 OVR this year, with a small Pace increase too.

#14 - Bernardo Silva - 88 OVR

The final piece of the Man City Portuguese triangle, Bernardo Silva also earns a very respectable +2 OVR boost. A downgrade in Pace by 3 is countered by +1s to Dribbling, Passing & Physical, a +2 to Shooting, and a huge +7 Defending increase.

#15 - Fabinho - 87 OVR

Aside from a +1 OVR boost, Fabinho doesn’t see a huge change in his card in FUT 23, with minimal downgrades to Pace & Dribbling, and a +1 Defending increase.

#16 - Rodri - 87 OVR

Rodri’s influence on Manchester City has seen plenty of praise over this last season, and a +1 OVR boost, accompanied by increases to all stats bar Pace reflects this.

#17- Andrew Robertson - 87 OVR

In the year of Pace downgrades, Robertson hasn’t emerged unscathed, another card being hit with a big shift downwards, with a reduction of 4 Pace down to 80, while maintaining his 87 OVR rating.

#18- Kalidou Koulibaly - 87 OVR

With this new 87 OVR card, Kalidou Koulibaly certainly will be destroying Aguero and Vardy, with huge boosts all around. +1 Pace & Defending, alongside a 3 Dribbling increase and a sizeable +8 Passing increase, and now in the Premier League, will make the new Chelsea defender a hugely popular choice we think.

#19 - Trent Alexander-Arnold - 87 OVR

For the third year in a row, Alexander-Arnold is an 87 OVR in FUT, however, like his left-sided counterpart, has not been immune to Pace drops, falling by 3 to 76.

#20 - Hugo Lloris - 87 OVR

Aside from a +9 Kicking increase and a drop-down to 88 Reflexes, Hugo Lloris remains unchanged for FUT 23, keeping his 87 rating intact from the previous 2 years.

#21 - David De Gea - 87 OVR

While David De Gea was arguably United’s best player in their torrid last season, a lot of FUT players were surprised to see such a big boost to an 87 OVR. Do you think De Gea deserved such a big boost?

#22 - Édouard Mendy - 86 OVR

Édouard Mendy looks like an incredibly exciting prospect this year following a huge overhaul to an 86 OVR, with +4s to Reflexes & Positioning, +3 on his Kicking and +1 to his Diving, all while standing at 6’6” in between the sticks. Let’s not forget his perfect link to his Senegalese Chelsea teammate Koulibaly.

#23 - Aymeric Laporte - 86 OVR

Rounding off the list we have Aymeric Laporte, who keeps his 86 OVR with no upgrades to note, however, he does receive a -2 Pace & -1 Physical downgrade.
